Each challenge page has these main components:

• The challenge explaining what you should do;
• Benefits explaining why this challenge is good for you;
• Options providing three slight variations for the challenge;
• Reflection questions to ask yourselves after completing the challenge;
• Memories & Mementos section for your writing your own thoughts and notes.

Sure, you can play out several challenges in one day, but it is better to do them across multiple days.

It all depends on your ability and willingness to dive deeper into the role and improvise.

Longer answer -the challenges are created, so you have to spend as little as possible while keeping the challenges exciting and meaningful.
