1. Free Shipping:

At the moment, enjoy FREE standard shipping for all US orders.

*Usually - Orders above 50 USD will get Free standard shipping to mainland US.

All orders above 75 USD receive Free International Standard shipping.

All orders above 100 USD receive Free International Express shipping.


2. International Shipping:

We offer word-wide shipping, and for your convenience we ship out orders from multiple warehouses - in Europe and USA, so some items might be shipped separately, and receive different delivery times.

For USA: If your order will be shipped from USA warehouse, the delivery time for the Free Standard Shipping is 2-5 Business days (and 3-10 days to Canada).


3.Delivery time and shipping price:

Express international shipping

- Worldwide delivery in 2-7 business days. 
- Express shipping price are calculated at checkout, but on average it is 9.99 USD.
- If at the checkout you don't see the Express shipping option, please, contact us.

Standard international delivery

- Shipping prices are based on the order size and end-address, but are in the range of 0 - 29.99 USD.

- To check the shipping price for your order and location, go to your cart and fill in the necessary delivery information.

- Approximate delivery time:
- USA, Canada: 3-12 days
- Europe: 3-14 days
- Other countries: 10-28 days


4. Order Cancellation

In case your order is not already shipped out, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

After the order has been shipped out, a cancellation is no longer possible. In the case the order is shipped out, but you do not wish to receive it, you will need to return it. For more information, please, see the next section (Refunds and Returns)

6. International Taxes and Duties

International customers (outside of EU) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by SIA Joyful Couple, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.


7. Additional information regarding shipping and returns

Fees for the return

If you wish to return the package manually, the shipping is not included. In case you want to return an item you are responsible for the shipping and shipping costs of the returned item. If you wish to return the package by leaving it unclaimed, usually this does not have additional costs.

The return address

It is set by default to the Joyful Couple facility or office. Only after the unclaimed package is sent back to us, you are eligible for a refund. If you have unclaimed the package, you are responsible for contacting us. If you don't contact us within 100 days of the order date, you are no longer eligible for a refund.. If you don't contact us within 4 weeks of the email, you are not eligible for a refund or a reshipment of your order.

Return shipping and tracking

You should consider using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If a wrong recipient receives the order due to a mistake on your part, you are not eligible for a refund. 

Unclaimed packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer. Only after the unclaimed package is sent back to us, you are eligible for a refund. If you have unclaimed the package, you are responsible for contacting us. If you don't contact us within 100 days of the order date, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Returned by Customer

It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and product exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated product(-s) if you choose to accept or offer product exchanges to your end customers.
