What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We offer both standard and expedited shipping.
Standard Delivery times vary by location:
USA: 2–7 business days
Canada: 3–10 business days
European countries: 3–10 business days
Other regions: 7–30 days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order size:
Standard Shipping: $0–$9.99. Orders over $50 often qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited Shipping: $0–$20. Orders over $75 in the USA and EU may qualify for free expedited shipping.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, with a maximum handling time of 3 business days.
That said, unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, shipping disruptions or nationwide emergencies may occasional affect fulfilment time. However such instances are exceptionally rare. If that happens, we'll let you know.
How can I track my order?
All orders include tracking. After the order will be processed for shipping, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

What is your return policy for physical products?
You may return undamaged, unopened items within 45 days of receipt.
Shipping and return fees are not included in this type of return.

How to return an unopened item?
Want to return an unopened item? No problem - here's how it works:
1. Just send us an email to info@joyful-couple.com to get started.
2. We'll ask you to cover a return fee (this includes the shipping and return costs).
3. Once that's settled, we;ll send you a pre-paid return label from us.
4. Use it to send the item back.
5. As soon as we received in our warehouse, we;ll process the refund based on your order.

How do I return a faulty or damaged item?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@joyful-couple.com within 5 days of receipt with proof of damage.
We will guide you through the return process.
Can I return digital products?
Due to their nature, digital products (e.g., PDF files, images etc.) are non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may cancel or modify it by contacting us at info@joyful-couple.com.
However, after it's processed, it's no longer possible to do so. So, if you need cancelling or making some change in the order, send us a message as soon as possible.
Are my payment details safe?
Absolutely. Our website is hosted on Shopify , a leading e-commerce platform known for its robust security measures.
We utilise SSL encryption to protect your data during transactions.
Additionally, we do not store your credit card information; it's processed securely by our payment providers.
My payment got rejected. What now?
Occasionally, payments may be declined for various reasons. If your payment did not go through, her'es what to do:
1. First, double-check that all required fields are correctly filled out - including your name, phone number, shipping address, and payment details.

📄Digital Products
How will I receive my digital purchase?
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link for your digital product.
Sometimes the files will be packed in a zip file. To unzip the files use your follow the instructions for exporting zip files on your device.
What if I can't open the digital file?
If you're experiencing issues opening your digital file, ensure you have the necessary software (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs). For further assistance, contact us at info@joyful-couple.com.
Can I sell or re-sell the digital/printable products I purchased?
Short answer - no you can't.
You may use the files for your personal use. You may print them how many times you like, you may modify the prints, you may gift the files and/or prints to your friends. But you are NOT allowed to distribute it and/or receive any kind of monetary reward from using our products.
Terms of use: Products are subject to the copyright protection rules and regulations.
Any reprinting, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Are digital purchases refundable?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital products such as PDF files.
Of course, if you cannot access or open your purchased file, please, contact us, so we can help you.
*Under EU consumer laws, you are giving up your rights to cancel the purchase or return the digital item.
