Our website www.joyful-couple.com,  is owned and operated by SIA Joyful Couple and hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Digital Products (Printables & Downloads)

  • We are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the digital file itself, not the final printed result.
  • Printing quality depends on your printer, materials, and settings.
  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a faulty or corrupted file, we will provide a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

All digital files are tested prior to release. If an error is discovered, we will correct it promptly and provide an updated version to affected customers.

3. Physical Products, Returns & Refunds

  • We are responsible for the quality of physical products.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • To request a refund or replacement, you must provide documented proof of the defect (e.g., photographs).
  • Defective items must be returned to us.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All products, designs, text, images, and content are protected by copyright laws.

10. International Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Orders are fulfilled from warehouses in Europe and, in some cases, the USA.

Depending on your destination country, you may be responsible for:

  • Customs handling fees

We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). These fees are not included in product prices and are payable directly to your local carrier or customs authority. Such fees are non-refundable.
