🎥 A. SOCIAL SHARE — How does it work, in a nutshell
How to Join
1. Create a short video featuring your Joyful Couple product and post it on:
- TikTok (@joyfulcouple)
- Instagram (@thejoyfulcouple)
Just make sure your profile is public and you’ve tagged us correctly, or we won’t be able to see it.
2. Send us an email to info@joyful-couple.com with the link to the video. The winner will be contacted via email, so be sure to not skip this part!
What Your Video Should Look Like
Keep it simple and genuine. Your video should:
- Be at least 15 seconds long
- Be your own creation (no AI content)
- Be clean and respectful (no nudity, explicit content, or hate)
- Talk and show yourself in the video
- Show your Joyful Couple product clearly
Content Style
Make it warm, real, and helpful. We just need:
- Your face and your voice is present at least one-third of the video.
*If you don't wish to talk to camera, you can substitute it with adding captions). - English voiceovers (or captions).
- Clear lighting and sound.
*It does not mean you need to have professional equipment, just be sure that its not blurry, too dark, and impossible to hear. - No explicit or unsafe content: no nudity or swearing. However, you may tell how the game improved your sex life.
Posting Requirements
- Your post must be public
- Joyful Couple must be tagged in the post
- If the tag doesn’t show up for us, we’ll confirm using your link.
- Your social account must be at least 6 months old, and have at least 50 followers.
- Stories (and similar formats that are automatically unpublished after a certain period) are not allowed.
- Video is between 1:1 and 9:16 ratio (square to vertical)

We run the giveaway during the last 10 days of each quarter*:

What Makes a Video Eligible for a Free Game?
Requirements are the same as for Social Share, but to receive a Free Game you must also send us the video file.
Video File Quality
- At least 15 seconds long
- Vertical or square format (between 9:16 to 1:1)
- Uploaded in .mp4 or .mov format
- Minimum quality: 720p HD
- Product shown for:
-2 seconds in a row, and
-5 seconds total

- Your post must be public
- Joyful Couple must be tagged in the post

How Long Does Review Take?
We’ll check your video within 5–10 business days.
If everything looks good — we'll send you a confirmation email, and your free game will be on the way!
Free Game Reward Important Details
- You can claim 1 free game per customer per quarter
- Only purchases with physical items qualify (i.e., if you bought a printable or digital product, you may not participate in the Free Game reward offer)
- When choosing the free game, you can only choose from in-stock items within this category
- You may chose any game valued up to 50 USD, within the category.
- Free game can be redeemed only for addresses based in mainland USA and continental EU*
- We cover:

Joyful Couple – Social Share & Free Game Program Terms & Conditions
The Joyful Couple Social Share Program (“Program”) is a voluntary User-Generated Content (UGC) initiative that rewards eligible customers for creating and posting original social media videos featuring Joyful Couple products.
By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate in this Program, you must:
- Have purchased at least one physical Joyful Couple product.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Post your video on a public Instagram or TikTok account that was created no sooner than 6 months ago, and has at least 50 followers (at the time of posting the video).
- Tag us correctly:
- TikTok: @joyfulcouple
- Instagram: @thejoyfulcouple
5. For Free Game Reward: Reside in a country where shipping of the free game reward is permitted: Mainland USA or Continental EU.
(Customers outside these regions may enter the giveaway but cannot receive a free game.)
Your submitted video must meet all of the following requirements:
2. Video Requirements (Quality & Content Standards)
2.1 Technical Requirements
- Minimum length: 15 seconds
- Accepted file formats for downloadable version: .mp4 or .mov
- Minimum resolution: 720p (HD)
2.2 Content Requirements
- Video must be original (no reposts from other creators, no AI-generated visuals or audio)
- Joyful Couple product must be shown clearly and recognizably
- Product must be visible for at least 2 consecutive seconds, and for at least 5 seconds total
- You must include your face or your voice for at least one-third of the video
- If voiceover: must be in understandable English
- Voiceover may be substituted by captions. Captions must be visible and placed where they do not interfere with chosen platform's UI elements.
- You may talk how the product has impacted your relationship, including sexual life. However video must be non-explicit:
- No nudity
- No sexual acts
- No swearing
- No hateful or discriminatory language
- No violence or unsafe behavior
2.3 Acceptable Topics
- Reviews
- Unboxings
- Overviews
- Commentary of using the product
2.4 Visibility Requirements
- The social media post must remain publicly visible during:
- The approval period
- And (if entering) the giveaway period
3. Submission Process
Social Share Submission
After posting your video on TikTok and/or Instagram, you must send us an email within 7 days to:

The email must include:
- A link to your public post on Instagram/TikTok
- Your social media username
- Your Joyful Couple order number
- The email address used for the order
If any of this information is missing, your submission may be rejected.
Submission date is considered when we receive the submission email (not the date of the video upload). This date will be used to consider, which in which giveaway the submission participates (Q1, Q2, and so on).
Free Game Submission
After posting your video on TikTok and/or Instagram, you must send us an email within 7 days to:

The email must include:
- A downloadable link to your video (can use WeTransfer, Dropbox)
- A link to your public post on Instagram/TikTok
- Your social media username
- Your Joyful Couple order number
- The email address used for the order

- Your shipping address in Mainland USA or Continental EU
If any of this information is missing, your submission may be rejected.
4. Review & Approval
Approval Process
Joyful Couple will review your submission within 5–10 business days.
Approval is based on compliance with all requirements stated above.
Joyful Couple reserves the right to approve or reject any submission at its sole discretion.
If a tag does not appear on our end due to platform issues, we will verify your entry using the link you provided in your email.
5. Free Game Reward
5.1. Free Game Redeem Limits
Customers who submit an approved video may redeem one free game per customer per quarter. Only customers with verified orders (placed on joyful-couple.com) can participate.
5.2 Rules
- Only physical products are eligible
(orders having only Printable games or digital downloads are excluded)
- Eligible free games are only those in stock on this page:

- Only games valued below 50 USD are redeemable.
- This offer is applicable only to addresses within mainland USA and continental EU*.
- If your chosen free game is out of stock, we will offer alternative options within the same price range (see 5.4. section)
- Joyful Couple covers:
- Cost of the free game
- Shipping costs
- Any import duties (if applicable)
to Mainland USA and Continental EU only
*Customers outside these regions may participate only in the Social Share giveaway.
5.3 Shipping & Returns
Your Free Game reward will be shipped using standard shipping services, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Joyful Couple cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit speed is determined by the shipping provider.
The Free Game you choose cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including preference, duplicates, or delays in transit. All Free Game rewards are final.
Participants are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address.
If a package is returned to us because:
- the address was incorrect or incomplete,
- the package was undeliverable, or
- the participant requested a return,
the participant may be required to cover any associated return shipping costs or reshipment fees.
Joyful Couple is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect address information or carrier issues.
5.4. Out-of-Stock Items & Alternative Options
If the Free Game you selected becomes out of stock before your reward is shipped, we will offer you an alternative game of equal value from our in-stock collection.
If your chosen free game is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative. If you decline, your free game reward is cancelled, and we won’t use your full commercial video rights—only basic social-sharing rights remain.
You may choose to accept or decline the alternative.
- If you accept the alternative, your Free Game Reward will be fulfilled as normal.
- If you decline the alternative, you will be considered as withdrawing from the Free Game Reward offer for that quarter.
No replacement or compensation will be provided.
If you withdraw from the Free Game Reward:
- Joyful Couple releases the commercial usage rights outlined in Section 7.2 (rights for downloadable submitted videos).
Your submitted video will not be used in paid ads, website materials, or other commercial placements. - However, Joyful Couple retains the social-sharing rights defined in Section 7.1, meaning we may still repost or share your publicly posted video on our social media platforms or website.
This ensures we only use full commercial rights for videos that are part of completed Free Game Reward submissions.
6. Social Share Quarterly Giveaway
6.1 General Information
Every eligible video/submission (asp per section 2. and 3.) posted and tagged—whether approved for free-game redemption or not—gets one entry into our quarterly giveaway.
6.1 Giveaway Prize
Each quarter, one winner will receive a:
$150 Joyful Couple Gift Card
Winners will be contacted via email address you submitted (section 3).
Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible videos/submissions.
6.3 Giveaway Timeline
The first giveaway contest will take place from March 20th to 30th, 2026
Giveaways occur during the last 10 days of each quarter:
- March 20–30
- June 20–30
- September 20–30
- December 20–30
6.3 Requirements for Giveaway Eligibility
- Video must meet the Program’s basic content rules (non-explicit, original, posted with tag)
- Video must remain public and visible on your profile during the giveaway period
- No need to send downloadable files for giveaway-only participation (it's required for the Free Game offer)
- No need for approval to enter the giveaway (it's required for the Free Game offer)
7. Rights & Permissions
7.1 General Information
By submitting your video (via email or social media), you grant Joyful Couple rights to your video depending, if it is a Social Share (tagged video), or you send us directly the video.
7.2. Rights & Permissions for Social-Only Shared Videos (Tagged Posts)
By posting a video on TikTok or Instagram and tagging Joyful Couple, you give us permission to:
- Repost and share your content on our official social media accounts
- Feature your video on our website or inside our community pages
- Use your content for non-paid promotional purposes, such as reposts, highlights, and story features
This permission is:
- Royalty-free
- Worldwide
- Non-exclusive
- Revocable (you may remove your post at any time, which removes our ability to use it going forward)
This applies only to content you have posted publicly and tagged.
For privacy and safety:
- If your video includes other people, you confirm they have agreed to be filmed and shown publicly.
- We do not use social-only videos in paid advertising or any commercial marketing outside our own social channels unless you also submit the downloadable version via email (as part of the Free Game Reward).
7.2 Rights & Permissions for Videos Submitted Directly to Joyful Couple (Download Provided)
By emailing your video to Joyful Couple or sending us a downloadable link, you give us permission to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- This includes the right to:
- Use, reproduce, and edit your video
- Publish, repost, and share it
- Adapt or reformat it (e.g., cut for Reels, Shorts, ads, website banners)
- Distribute it across any of our marketing channels
- These channels may include, but are not limited to:
- Social media posts and stories
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
- Website pages and product listings
- Retail or wholesale marketing materials
- Printed promotional materials
- In-app or digital ads
- This permission is:
- Perpetual
- Irrevocable
- Royalty-free
- Worldwide
- Non-exclusive
- You also confirm:
- The video is your original creation
- You have the right to grant these permissions
- Anyone shown in the video has agreed to be filmed and used in our marketing
- No copyrighted or restricted third-party content is used without permission
8. Prohibited Behavior
8.1 Rejection Criteria
Your submission will be rejected if it includes:
- AI-generated video or audio
- Copyrighted content you do not own
- Explicit or adult content
- Defamatory or hateful language
- Dangerous or harmful actions
- Misrepresentation of the Joyful Couple brand and/or its products
- Video edits intended to manipulate product performance or features
9. Program Abuse
9.1 Abuse Criteria
Joyful Couple reserves the right to deny participation or rewards if any abuse is detected, including:
- Multiple accounts used by the same person
- Fraudulent orders
- Reposting others’ content
- Removing the video before the required period
- Editing the post to remove tags
- Any malicious or deceptive behavior
10. Changes to the Program
10.1 Changes and Program Termination
Joyful Couple may modify, pause, or discontinue this Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes will not affect submissions already approved.
11. Liability
11.1 Liability Terms
Joyful Couple is not responsible for:
- Platform issues that hide tags or posts
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected emails
- Shipping delays or courier issues
- Local customs restrictions
- Technical difficulties encountered while posting or submitting videos
Customers are responsible for posting on functioning accounts and providing accurate information.
